DVD, streamed on the web, produced on a “business card” sized CD,
or produced on our special service, a 3D DVD.
Using the technologies described above, we present new methods of advertising. In essence, we would either make catalogs obsolete or we could make use of our technologies to supplement the existing catalogs. For example, a manufacturer or wholesaler has their sales representatives calling on the retail customer. They usually would have a catalog showing the various products they are merchandising. Instead of a catalog, they would have a “business card” size CD, a regular CD, a DVD or a 3D stereoscopic DVD to be left with the customer. A 3D stereoscopic DVD allows viewers to see video in 3 dimensions. Video will appear to come out of and go into the screen. Since more data can be stored on a CD, or DVD than a medium size catalog, there is a reduction in printing cost. The CD or DVD would contain a sales person explaining the different products, which could later be used as a retail, training, or press release tool. If the manufacturer or wholesaler has catalogs on hand, the CDs or DVDs would be supplemental. The footage on the CD or DVD could also be placed on the manufacturers website.
To implement what is described above, view3d.tv will shoot video footage of the various products to be placed on the selected medium. Product brochures can be scanned and/or web pages can be placed on the selected medium (CD/DVD etc.) as well. We also have the capability to create “computer generated virtual sets” to enhance our video presentations.
